Service Updates:
You can find out what items will be shorted and/or when they will be in? Yes you can and here's how . . .
Go to: www.youravon.com
On your "home page" scroll down and look at the column on the right side of the page. Towards the bottom you will see a box called "In the News". There you will click on "Service Update". Then click on "Click here to see the latest service update." TIP: you can also get to this Service Update at "your order" tab. In the box where create your orders, look to the right and you'll see in red "Service Update".
But, the best way to check for product availability of individual items you are ordering is through the product availability page on yourAVON.com which is available from the "my Orders" tab after selecting "Service Update". Look in the column on the left and see "product availablilty". Click it and fill in the blanks on the form that pops up.
These tips will help you service your customers much better. You will be able to let them know earlier that a product isn't available and they can go for "plan B" if needed.
