What is an E-Representative with Avon?


What is an E-Representative?
An E-representative is an Avon representative that has their own website or webstore where customers can place their orders and have them shipped directly to their homes. You have the ability sell to anyone in the United States from your website. If they live in your town, they have two delivery options - 1) they can have you deliver and collect for the order or 2) they can pay for the order with their credit/debit card and have it shipped directly to their house. If they place a $30.00+ order the shipping is FREE otherwise, it's only $3.00. If they do not live in your town, they have one option - See option #2 above.

eRepresentative Incentives Extended through C-12 of 2011(C-14'11 TS) to help you maintain your momentum!

What is the Incentive you may ask?  Well, let me show you . . .

If you have:
  •  One customer register for your website and place an order, you will earn 20% (25% if you are PC and above) on the purchase of core products and only 20% on fixed earning items, plus you will get the $7.50 fee waived for that campaign.
  • Two customers register for your website and place an order, you will earn 30% (35% if you are PC and above) on the purchase of core products and only 20% on fixed earning items, plus you will get the $7.50 fee waived for that campaign.
  • Three or more customers register for your website and place an order, you will earn 40% (45% if you are PC and above) on the purchase of core products and only 20% on fixed earning items, plus you will get the $7.50 fee waived for that campaign.

General Rules:

The increased earnings for qualifying Representatives will be credited to their account at the end of each campaign during the incentive timeframe.

For example, a Representative's C-03 earning adjustments will be reflected on any invoice generated after February 10th, 2010 or can be found on the Account Statement Section of yourAVON.com

The Customer must be attached to the eRepresentative at the time the credit is processed.

Determining the Number of e-Customer orders:

  • Any e-Customer orders processed within a specific campaign will qualify for that campaign.
  • Back orders made through the Online Store will be counted as an order.
  • If an e-Customer places multiple orders within the campaign, this will only count as one order.
  • An e-Representative's personal order is not counted in the number of orders.
  • e-Customer Direct Delivery, or Representative Delivery orders count.
For Example: If, in a given campaign, an e-Representative has 1 e-Customer (via Representative Delivery) and 2 e-Customers (via Direct Delivery) the Representative has a total of 3 e-Customer orders and qualifies for 40% — 45% earnings on the full commission products on the direct delivery orders.
